The veterans that lead Heroes Hope

Sean Lord

Sean Lord is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served with Marine Forces Pacific HQ Battalion and as a Recruiter with 9th Marine Corps District in Minneapolis, MN. Since his end of Active Service, Sean has been serving in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area as a Pastor. His ministry seeks to serve not only the church but also those in the church and community that are disconnected from family, friends, resources, and God. As a disabled veteran himself, Sean loves to connect with and serve other veterans and help them get closer to each other and to their own families. As the co-founder of heroes Hope, Sean has a vision for future in Oklahoma where no veteran is without food, shelter, or a job that they feel well connected to.

Haili Lord

Haili served in the United States Marine Corps honorably for four years. Passionate about leadership and developing leadership abilities in others, Haili completed a Master’s Degree program in Organizational Leadership. With this training she has been invited to serve on two leadership boards and works to help organizations plan and execute plans effectively. Haili also serves veterans, their families, and others as a Real Estate Agent and loves helping families find their perfect home.

Shane Vincent

Shane is a former professional BMX racer that transitioned to the US Army at the age of 21. He served faithfully for six years in United States Army as a Cav Scout. As a Scout, Shane was deployed to Iraq. Awards he received include Combat action badge with 2 bronze stars and a Purple Heart for injuries sustained while on deployment. Shane loves to share his story with other veterans and has a heart of care and compassion for veterans and their families. He has been a Personal Trainer for 20 years and currently serves as an inspirational speaker, seeking God daily and being a vessel for his use and glory. Shane has been happily married for 16 years and is the father of three wonderful kids.

Jeff Hawes

Jeff is a US Navy Veteran that served aboard the USS Cayuga LST 1186. He is a family man with a wife and one son. He enjoys serving others and the community through various organizations. He and his wife, Kara, are Host Team leaders at Life.Church Jenks and serve their local church and community faithfully and joyfully. Jeff is glad to be a part of Heroes Hope and loves the opportunity to serve those veterans that are in need.

Jason Sauer

Motivated by my deep desire to serve others, I enjoy the time spent keeping up with the latest developments in the financial world and sharing that expertise. My military service includes many years with the Army Reserve, Oklahoma National Guard, Arizona National Guard and Active Duty stationed with the 101st Airborne. Infantry most all my career with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, but finished under the Drill Sergeant Hat with 95th Training Division. Raised all my life in Oklahoma, I thrive on community building by choosing to settle in Jenks, Oklahoma with my wife, Katrina, and our six children. Camping and making memories with my family are some of my favorite activities. I am a board member for the literacy program, Tulsa Pop Kids, Heroes Hope and The Youth at Heart organizations. I am also an Ambassador for the Jenks Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to all the great work Heroes Hope will do for the veteran community!
